Received this email today from ICICI.
Can anybody confirm what are the changes and are these changes even applicable to
When I tried to click on the salary account charges, it's redirecting to page that doesn't exist (error 404). It also says that titanium, gold salary accounts are discounted, what does that mean, Will those account holders now be degraded to normal savings account?

I think most of users have silver salary account not regular salary account. And debit card & SMS are still free for this account type. On their website it also says that silver, gold and titanium accounts have been discounted, what does that mean. Do we all have been now downgraded to Regular salary account.
Is there any way to confirm it? Can cx care check this easily, because if it's going to be a difficult task for them then believe me they will not be able to help. On this earth I have not seen any customer support team having less product knowledge then the ICICI folks, they really know nothing about their own bank. They even don't know how to navigate their own CRM. Half of times, when dimers call icici cc, they have to teach these icici folks about policies. So, if this information doesn't just simply pops up on their screen, then we will be having a hard time to know the exact account variant. Even for simple things, I have to email Nodal officer. ICICI sucks. ICICI should invest more on training CS agents.

Upon sending a mail to [email protected], I go the info that my account is Titanium brand. 😅
However they didn't specified which type now will it fall under, I have replied back with the question. Will keep posted.
