ICICI is pushing me to upgrade my card to MMT for a one time fee of 590 is it even worth it?

Lucky boy, here I paid full fee of 2500+GST and they haven't even provided me 1500 my cash and mmt black membership even after 60 days, A.holes don't even consider that the account I hold with them is wealth management
