ICICI getting added in HDFC bill pay, but not fetching bill amount

Recently with the BBPS implementation, all the ICICI cards were auto deleted from HDFC Bill Pay. IĀ was able to add the cards back successfully by entering my mobile number and last 4 digits of the credit card.Ā
I received an email 2 days for new statement generated for the previous billing cycle.Ā However, when IĀ attempted to pay the bill via HDFC Bill Pay tonight, I got the error that noĀ bill amount was fetched.
Do you know how long does it take for the bill amount to get reflected in the HDFC Bill Pay portal for the ICICI cards once statement isĀ generated?

there is HDFC serviceĀ upgrade going on till 4.30 pm 13 July 2024
so that might be the cause of it
Always add biller on bank working hours AND WAIT 3 DAYS FOR THE BILLER TO GET ACTIVATED BY HDFC SIDE or else you can't pay it,Ā IT WILL THROW ERROR
I think they have not implemented it correctly. For all ICICI cards it is showing as no bill due
And you can't pay from any BBPS provider. Only cred or cheq is working for payment

Its been 5 days and ICICI bill is still not updated. š¢
Will wait for the next billing cycle so see if that updates then, else will have to raise a complaint to HDFC to check and fix that.

Now a new problem has come up.Ā
When I try to add ICICIĀ credit card of my spouse, the card gets added successfully and status shows "Active". However when IĀ proceed to pay, I get an error "Invalid combination of customer parameters"Ā š£
Try from the hdfc website instead of the app.
