Wrong product delivered by online seller, probably refund / return will rejected. I would like to file charge back with ICICI Credit Card, anybody with recent experience kindly guide.

I did charge back on amazon pay credit card
You need to call support and they will connect you to charge back team.
Explain them every thing. They may call you 2-3 times for next few days to get more details.
My charge back took 20-25 days and I received refund.
My transaction was international.
They will also provide you temporary limit of the charge back amount

I had raised chargeback with icici for merchant Amazon gas booking and it took 02 month 17 days charge back at ICICI takes
