ICICI credit card payment not reflecting

Paid ICICI cc bill via iMobile on OCT29, it used to be in seconds but it is still not get reflected.
Paid ICICI cc bill via UPI on OCT29 on a different cad, this also not get reflected.
Crazy. 
Due date was on 30OCT and when i paid yesterday it worked instantly. No sign for payment made on OCT29. Now there is double payments, can i ask to transfer my negative balance if it get reflected first payment get credited in 2-3days?
Mobile banking call number is #, the automated voice keep asking for verification. No response on Twitter/email. Gonna close one of my card.

I don't know when it will get credited. This is first time, payment got stuck on both via Bank and UPI. may be icici card problem.

When you message them on Twitter, no response. When you tag in public, you will get instant call. iMobile payment is received but upi one is still pending, asked for the transfer of negative amount to bank. Hope they do it quickly.

Yes. Excess balance will be transferred to your savings account on request.
