Icici Credit card limit change

Icici credit card limit decreased without any concent. Previous credit limit 420000 and now 160000 .What to do ? Is it happens to you ? Recently closed ICICI savings account, is that the reason?
Your ICICI Bank Credit Card XX7006 limit is revised to INR 160000 as per the Bank's periodic assessment of credit limits and your card usage.

Nothing much but last few months using 50-60k out of 4.2l . Previously not using that much like 20 k .

Banks love under utilizing credit holders. They keep offering LE to them. Regular use is expected though.

I am getting regular sms to increase the limit, but I don't want to do it.
