Icici credit card late payment fee reversal

Hi guys
I missed on a payment for icici credit card and have been charged late payment fee
Talked to cc they raised a ticket but don’t see any reversal in 96hours passed
What to do?
As a FYI
For hdfc nd sbi I’ve got this done just by emailing the cc that i setup a auto debit via upi but seems like it doesn’t work so i missed the payment nd they agreed and refunded

Write to them from internet banking, mentioning that you are a long time card holder and this your first time with delayed payment.
Also, as per RBI rules, late payment fee can be charged only after 3 days of delay
Yes..hdfc waived my late payment/finance charges of around 6000rs.. called customer care they immediately reversed late payment charges .
But for icici ,I have missed the due date for 1 day..and they charged 700rs .. didn’t waived after multiple calls and emails..
For icici i did this by tweeting them, got a call from their executive and ask its your first time and it will not be repeated as it was a mistake. They will done this.
Customer care of icici don’t do any help in this if you call them.
Btw how you set auto debit via upi? Means which app!

ICICI usually do sms bill and this time they didn't, and payment got missed and charged me 900+Gst..
Customer care straight forward denied taking request for reversal..
I am trying to send an email using their site but it always lands on the error page.
Any other way to contact them?
Same happenned with me but they denied to refund 😏
