ICICI Bank not asking Debit Card Grid numbers

Earlier I used to enter ICICI debit card grid numbers for any online banking transaction. 

I faced userid block issue after getting it activated by customer care, now it has stopped asking. 

  1. How can I activate it again?
  2. How can I activate 2FA login using otp and password to my account?

2FA totally depends on bank's internal check while doing the txn. for you it must be falling under low risk category. try doing one/multiple ways to change your risk category :
  • use incognito,
  • enter wrong otp once,
  • change the otp mode while doing the txn like by default it sends otp on sms change it email,
  • do not use favaroite section to initiate the txn, use fresh transfer instead.
