I resigned from my Job : Need suggestions for the CV, Skills
Hi Everyone,
After completing 2 years.
Finally, I have resigned, now 40 days left of Notice Period at Wipro. My specific domain was ESG (Only Secondary Research). My daily routine was to only find some keywords, KPI from the given documents, reports (i.e Annual Report, CSR, CDP etc) from the website and then put the data on given tools by Bloomberg.
Some people call this profile are ESG Analyst, Associate Analyst, Research Analyst etc.
Now I am looking for a job in any kind of research analyst, I have gained the skills of searching, researching any kind of documents with any keywords, KPI, data etc. But I am unable to explain this in my CV. I have put all the details that I worked at Wipro, many companies are looking for another kind of research which is not matching with my current project of ESG.
How can I make my CV according to the new profile for the company, I just need one chance to enter the company, The rest I can do better with my Analytical Skill. Also many companies are looking for SQL and Python. And I want to learn these things ASAP within these 40 days of the Notice Period.
So guys help me ..

better and best is to apply directly at the company's website (careers) as these days you have many frauds via social media saying they can book an interview right away but before that you need to make a payment of xxx Rs etc..

Include audit, review, analyst, risk, research, policy, sop in your resume. The work u did is specific to your company, so u need to include more than what u did in previous company. And change accordingly to new job requirements.

it seems you might be better off trying to learn Python, SQL with one to one or personal monitoring by someone else, instead of purely online.

Although Saakar mostly stays in Bombay, but the complete call centre ops. of https://myitreturn.com and many of the back-end staff too are either in Madhepura (Saakar's hometown) or in Patna proper.
He usually has a soft corner for Patna people and might guide you even better.. if you ever happen to be in Patna when he too is there.
CV mein.. Skills mein.. top par hee MS Office likh dena thoda amateurish lag raha hai (as in, even high school/12th passouts now write something more).
aur please🙇🏻♂️ woh Udemy waaley ko 'certification' ke bajaaye.. koi 'other courses' ya kahin tou daalo. As you are claiming to be a MBA/ PGDBM.. it sounds repetitive too.
There are domain specific resume handling softwares. Please consult someone from head hunting firms to figure out better keywords to add to the resume.. for increasing chances of it getting figured in longlists.,
Not to cast aspersions on you nor it is any form of ridicule.
But something is not adding up.
Auntyji is alone in Patna.
You are married recently and not enough capital (savings).. I am assuming (after foreign trips, local trips).
So without another offer letter in hand, one does not usually resign.
. Hope it was not retrenchment (firing) from the company side.

Check out JD's for listed 'ESG Analyst' job profile, take some of the key points mentioned under expected skills/experience and add those to your CV. Good luck.

I was frustrated here:
1)- No respect
2)- Rotational shift, can either call you at 05:30am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm -12:30am within a month. It was affecting my sleep cycle, health issues, and personal life.
3)- one side cab facility only
4)- Once you get comfortable in any project they suddenly put in another project after 1-2 months.
5)- No appraisal, No increment even after 2 years.
6)- Nothing new left to learn here
