Priority: It should give a 10% Instant Discount on Upcoming Flipkart and Amazon Sale.
The only best option that i've found till now is the HDFC Rupay credit card with ₹99+Gst annual fees.

You won't get ltf card from hdfc as first time hdfc/non-existing user unless extremely lucky or being an employee of certain companies eligible for ltf card. HDFC rupay credit card is the best & only viable option assuming it works now without issues on amazon/fk sale. @abhishek012 may confirm this.

I am getting Dinner club black metal , marriot bonvoy, tata neu plus rupay cards. Why the hfdc not allowing me to select other cards?

first year most cards are free with welcome voucher. take any and close it.
