I have very low calling and internet requirement on my phone, is there an alt plan that jio offers for users like me?

*Top-up/standalone data pack without any active plan will not work on any telecom operator as of now.

best was 1559 which was under the Value plan along with 395 but now both removed and you have only 155 for 28days which gives 2GB data

Switch to a Jio Phone if possible

If someone in your family is already using Jio postpaid and has a free slot, switch to postpaid and become a child no to that plan. You can pay him 120/mth.

port to BSNL and 107 BSNL plan is enough for 35 days:) with 3 GB data:) and 200 mins FUP (i think)

so BSNL is best one for you in this case if you want to do it just to retain number
