in this video that ballot paper have 4 symbols for BJP , TMC , Congress and Left Party . that person can be seen giving votes only to one symbol .

The fact is simple:

US uses paper ballot system because electronic voting machines are not reliable, They can be easily manipulated.

Keep your illogical inference to yourself. I wonder when bhakts will talk proper arguments instead of taking help of personalities or grandfather sob stories to support their arguments.
