Hyugalife Problem

I have ordered protein from hyugalife but received a seal opened box of protein and the batch number is also blurry. So I sent a mail to them regarding that but they are saying again and again that we have escalated the issue to the concerned team. It has been 7 days till now still they are saying wait for some time we have escaleted the issue to the team but no proper solution. Has anyone faced the same probem? Can anyone help me in this, how they will issue a refund or replacement regarding this asap? Is there any other way I can sue them regarding this?

Please help.

In that discussion, I just told to alert people that I received a fake product.

In this I am asking if someone had same experience, how they got is solved, as it has been a week and they are not solving it.
