Doesn't hsbc take 5 to 7 days?
HSBC credit card bill payment, Using HDFC bill pay not yet credited even after 3 working days

i paid my HSBC credit card using HDFC bill pay using platinum DC. on monday early morning 29th Jan.
it has been more than 3 working days ,still it is not credited to my credit card account . paid my axis bank cc on the same day. which was credited yesterday.
Customer care says the first day will not be considered ,as the day 1 ?
I worried as my due date is on 3rd FEB.

same issue i am facing paid on 1st july still not credited .hopefully it should be done today or tomorrow

HSBC take too much time to reflect the payment in statement, almost a week.
Have patience, You'll see payment date same on which you made the payment.
