Is there any way to get HSBC credit card if city of residence (also aadhar address) is outside eligible city list but still tier 2 city?
City of residence is not in this list :- (Chennai, Gurgaon, Delhi National Capital Region (NCR), Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kochi, Coimbatore, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad or Kolkata)

I have aadhar of the different non-servicable city, and gave the current address of the serviceable city. No proof required, everything went well. Did VKYC from the Aadhar Address only.

In vizag city i can apply for hsbc card

Hsbc took aadhar address after ekyc and rejected my card by saying that it is in non serviceable area.

Applied hsbc cashback card on 11th july and vkyc also done, ivr option says application not found. Is there any hsbc customer support email id?

They don't check the address proof ( at least in my case)
If you have any friends in any serviceable area, you can use their address
