I asked again is that 1k cashback on 10% of grocery+ another 1k cashback on add on .
He said yes. !!
So the card benefits are doubled?
He said yes.
So card charges would double? No it's completely free until 3 cards per primary user.
Strange, but Applied will verify and update this post.

I submitted the request to the direct bank and the followup request agent called me
Yesterday I talked to hsbc customer care regarding this. She confirmed that the 10% cashback is allowed combined for add-on and primary card
Mmm. That's how their business should be. But did you get a call from direct hsbc or some bpo ?
I think they outsourced the process to viba bpo.
They have sent me a document via Adobe to sign via online for add on card application
i already has hsbc cashback with add on card. the cashback limit, fees everything is common . just you have an extra card thats it

During application time itself I opted for an add-on card. Yesterday card got delivered, but only primary card was available. So how I get the add-on card? Is it dispatched separately?
