HSBC card apply

I was applying for the HSBC Live card online, and wanted to apply on C2C basis, as mentioned on their site. It did not give me an option, and now the application is on the kyc stage, and there is some problem on their end. Is there a way to now apply or add the present card details?
Do you guys also know any HSBC agent for offline applying of the card?

I believe that only agents can process credit card applications via C2C basis. Also, since you've already submitted the application, you couldn't add/remove anything now.
