How was your experience with Croma Online?

I have purchased laptop from Croma store. The experience was good as the sales guy didn’t push any useless laptop on me (It wouldn’t have worked either way as I knew what I wanted😉) and also got the discount.

I am planning to buy an iPad and would like get some reviews on Croma online purchase experience (since I don’t have any Croma store nearby). Any reviews or the experience of purchasing experience would be greatly appreciated.

Recentyl I had very bad experience with refrigerator (offline) and geyser (online). They sent both in bluedart.

I had very good experience with laptop and printer in past which i purchased from Croma store.

Rrefrigerator and geyser i purchased in around 15 days gap. both took around 10days to reach me. Every day i get sms that tomorrow it will be dilivered but in evening i got sms of reschedule. and bluedart people were very rude.

Also every day Croma customer care also said that i will surely get it by tomorrow.

You can find couple of post on DD that some other user had also bad experience.
