Definitions

  1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
  2. Offer: The Offer means ‘Qualified Customers will receive 2000 reward Points by making 4 retail transactions of minimum INR 1,000 each using their Standard Chartered Credit Card during the Offer Period. Exclusions mentioned in offer details.
  3. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:00:01 hours on 05 August 2024 and shall extend up to 23:59:59 hours on 31 August 2024.
  4. Qualified Client: The Offer is only applicable to a select set of Bank’s Credit Card holders. Bank’s Credit Card holders who have received the Offer communication from the Bank and who have successfully carried out the transactions described in the Offer will qualify for the benefit under the Offer.

Offer Details:

  1. Customer must transact using Standard Chartered credit card during the offer period.
  2. Customer will be entitled for 2000 reward points if they use their Standard Chartered credit card by making 4 successful transactions of minimum INR 1000 each during the offer period.
  3. Customer would be eligible for 2000 reward points on fulfilment of the Offer eligibility criteria.
  4. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
  5. In the event of a cardholder having multiple Credit Cards, for the purposes of this offer, under no circumstance the customer will receive more than 2000 reward points upon consolidation of the transactions across all the Credit Cards of the cardholder.
  6. Qualified Customers will receive the reward points within 90 days to the card from the end of the Offer Period.
  7. Customers will be entitled for rewards points only once during the offer period.
  8. The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria on the credit card: ATM cash withdrawals, wallet transactions, rental payments, gift cards, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals (within 60 days) or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.
  9. Closed and blocked cards will not be considered for offer fulfillment.

My understanding from this is

Retail transaction is mostly about doing "retail shop purchases":) so better try with any retail shop or retail clothes or "any offline" retail purchase, that way you wont miss this by mistake


so I guess have to do 4 different 1000 transactions

4000 you need to spend overall to get 2000RP

Add money to wallet comes under 6540. See previous statement what it is shown. Buy 4 AGV it will show as Amaz Pay in statement treated as ecom purchase. Which SC card platinum rewards? there will be limited option to redeem the points.
