How to talk to HDFC savings account customer executive

Respected Dimers! Please help me how to talk to them. I have been circling around automated computer voice since yesterday. I'm not getting press 9 to speak to our agent option. Please help!

First get into some account or credit card option inside the toll free and wait for them to finish with some info they will say using Computer generated voice and then finally press 9 and you will able to reach them
or second get into credit card menu , listen to your credit card info (then only 9 will be available in further menu) then press 9 and ask the credit card customer care executive to switch you to savings account executive
