The only problem is that HRs and companies won't do such things because they have to answer the income tax department regarding the grass that is lakhs and lakhs worth. 😝
Some dimer could have convinced one such HR
Input location can be guessed. Where do we get the 'Output' for those 'Input'. Please don't ask me to try
No ITC under this way of transactions......or you're ref to @androgame post on delicacies he got fed by IT'D 🤣🤣
Mr Lalu Yadav had the same ambition but someone named it as 'Chara Ghotala'
That Chara was way costlier than this value it probably was highest ever value for a grass strand in humanity 🤣
Grass salary?? hmmm i think then ITD will ask for "source of grass" lol
and put penalty on you for overgrowing weeds (not drugs lol) in city and you will be penalized xD
Growing grass is agriculture and agriculture income is tax free....no source required you just need to show your terrace garden -pot -land....and keep in touch with Farmer union from punjab haryana they have good experience & good luxury cars( to fly to your location) to protect co Farmer interests like you who's growing grass
Some days ago, here at DD someone commented, P.Chidu grew cauliflowers worth crores on rooftop... I haven't read anything regards to this or OP in detail, but this came to my mind instantly as per the topic and reading some comments...
Infact most of our politicians have agriculture income
in that case the income tax deparment will send notice to the company regaring utlilization of grass in the company, if the A.O unsatisfied with the reply then it will considered as deemed income & will be taxed
This is practically this is not possible, as if company is buying grass from you, they should be a agriculture related company which can consumes tonnes of grass.
Moreover, you'll no longer be an employee, but a 'vendor' who is providing the company some material.
If you want to be a vendor, you should have a GST registration, which means you're a businessman/woman or an entrepreneur.
Most of these people don't pay taxes anyway lol by claiming all losses or heavy expenditures in business & many loans. If a person could have done this much, he/she would have done that in the first place and not become an employee lol.
I think this is just a taunt since agriculture income is taxed zero while 10-12 lakh salary people in big cities have to pay more than 20-25k rent for a small 1bhk + income taxes too...
This is a sarcastic post bhai, you took it seriously
btw, you dont need gst registration for agricultural supplies.
in all these loophole , RBI or something will come with new rule specifically targetting these loophole
-also HR peephole x corporate in general are greedy that will ask for 50% of commission or something
-'agricultural land ' have some broad definition but yes once u have agricultural land u can evade taxes , have loan and forgo it during election and many other benfit from govt., so many celebrities even have declared themselves as agricultural
That's called financial fraud.
Let's report the HR & companies for this fraud 😜
News agencies are reporting this great hack 🤣
Nice strategy actually,
Companies can buy cow and generate more income; the raw materials will be provided by the employees.
I am in the process of filing my ITR-1 for salaried income and have encountered an issue that requires your assistance. During the filing, the ITR was auto-filled and is showing an interest income of ₹15,017/-. However, I do not have any such interest income.
To provide some context:
- My mobile number is linked to my PAN card.
- My Aadhaar card is linked to my mother's mobile number.
- My mother has a Fixed Deposit (FD) and is receiving interest in her bank account.
I suspect that the ₹15,017 interest income showing in my ITR might be the interest income from my mother's FD.
Could you please guide me on how to correct this discrepancy? Should I remove the auto-filled interest income from my ITR, or is there another procedure I should follow to ensure accurate filing?
Since deadline is 31st july file itr taking out the interest income showing if its genuinely not your interest income
and dont forget to submit feedback form on the ais portal so that its rectified
if anything goes wrong you have to refile post that thats my honest suggestion better to gwt some tax proffesional help as i am not one
