You can try System Restore.

If the system restore protection is ON for the drive from, you deleted the file & system restore point available before 1 week's time, there's a good possibility you'll recover the deleted file.

1 week old deleted files? 😲 Bro, if you are still using that computer, it's possible that some files have already been overwritten. I hope that's not the case. Immediately stop using that computer and use data recovery tools like EaseUs, Puran or Recuva. Please seek the help of a technician if the data is more sensitive.

Your first attempt should be Recycle bin for recovering lost data. Because when you delete anything's it's gone first on recycle bin. In case you delete your files permanently, then you need to take help from any data recovery tool like BLR Tools to recover permanently deleted files.
