How to make use of HDFC Platinum debit card 1% cb offer when Amex is neither available on SBI Unipay nor on Jio Finance?
And HDFC Billpay portal has stopped points on CC bill payment.

How about Airtel app?
AMEX, HSBC and SC are still not on BBPS and currently using Cheq to pay these bills for 1% Cheq coins which on the worst case gives 0.1Rs per 100 ~ 0.1% CB (at least something is better than nothing😃) or you can try their vouchers - saw 500Rs Myntra voucher for orders above 2499 where 1 Cheq coin = Rs 4 i.e. 500 Myntra voucher is 125 Cheq coins ~ 4% CB, however one good thing is bills are getting paid without failures and getting credited within a day (for SC, it used to take 5-7days to reflect via HDFC Bill Pay for me)

also I thought Cred/Cheq etc i.e. all third-party apps will take a hit when CC bills were forced to move to BBPS but nothing happened I guess as payment via CRED/Cheq are happening as usual and HDFC Bill Pay got screwed perhaps we got screwed as HDFC folks used this opportunity to finally close that loophole 😃

Amex- Paid with cred on 28th and got failure message yesterday. Paid again yesterday and to my surprise, it has failed again (no message from cred about failure). So paid directly thru AMEX using UPI as today is the last date.
Last month, I experienced a similar issue with my BoB Rupay card, where the payment failed and I didn't receive any information from Cred until three days later, when I received a message from BoB. This lack of transparency and communication is causing me a lot of stress and uncertainty. Planning to double-check every payment to avoid unnecessary hassle (Surprisingly BoB refunded me Interest as well as penalty when I mailed them about it)I'm not sure what the logic is behind the BBPS system, but it seems to be causing more problems than it's solving. I hope Cred and other payment providers can improve their communication and transparency to avoid similar issues in the future.
