How to pay Airtel broadband bill other than Airtel app?

How do you recharge airtel broadband from amazon. In my case amazon does not detect broadband account number.
Is it postpaid broadband bill or prepaid broadband recharge?
If its postpaid, Amazon should not be an issue. But Airtel servers have problems at times so for first time payment, bill may not get fetched.

You can pay on amazon with amazon gv.
After bill is generated, go to Amazon and pay bill in broadband section. Enter your fiber landline number including the area code and bill will be fetched, then pay it.
I have done it multiple times in past.
Or just pay in airtel app via amazon wallet.
I have 6 months plan. And today its expiring. Amazon is not fetching the bill. Should I wait for it be fetched? My internet services will stop or there is any grace period?
