How to Initiate a Chargeback for SBI Internet Banking Transaction

I have made a transaction on nearbuy on 18th November for Rs.250 using SBI internet banking, after the payment was made and redirected to nearbuy page i got an error message saying transaction failed.
I have immediately mailed nearbuy customer care asking about refund process to which they replied that the amount will be automatically refunded to bank account in 7 working days.
Its been more than 7 days hence i mailed them again today asking why i dint get a refund yet to which they replied : “please opt for a chargeback with your respective bank for the failed transaction”
Now how do I do this?
I couldn’t find an option to request for a chargeback of a transaction in SBI net banking page anywhere

Rather than getting confused here, go to bank with a written application with transaction detail.

Yes i can see the transaction in PayU but status shows as failed, money has not been redfunded into my PayU account, how do i raise a dispute?

Chargeback is for Credit Cards.
And you must have done it via PayU so login to your payu money account you will see your refunded money or else you will find an option to raise dispute. Do it and they will initiate the refund within 48 hours.
