how to increase credit card limit in sbi

Hi all
I had gotten an offer for credit card limit increase in sbicard website where afterwards it said a request had been created for this, a month ago. Today I was informed by sbi that they can't increase my sbi card limit despite sharing my salary slips with them which is 4x my credit card limit. I also hold their cashback card where the limit is 1.73 lakh yet they refused to even increase my simplyclick limit let alone match it. Is there anyway I can urge them to increase it so I can use my card efficiently in Amazon during the upcoming sale?

U can transfer the limit from another card.

I think this feature is still under development since it isn't working for most of the people. Also, the current limit on my Cashback CC is 2.4 and now they're offering upto 7.8lc which is actually huge, though it isn't going through successfully.

SBI will never increase the cc limit when we ask them. You will get limit increase automatically may be an year or two. Just have to wait no other option.
