I purchased 8GB DDR3 RAM for my laptop from amazon for Rs700.
Its price was reduced to Rs650 when it got delivered (within 4-5 days of purchase itself).
Now I was thinking if I can get Rs50 back, its still in 7 days return period. The thing is that I do not want to return the RAM as its working fine and I will have to open lappy again and then reinsert it, if I return this and order again.
I tried contacting amazon on chat but they denied any difference.
How can I get it? Has anyone faced this issue?

If product would have gone OOS then you can ask for price difference as you have to order other brand products.
Better you buy again at reduced price and return the old order from amazon account but return the new ram only.
So no need to open the laptop again.

If you expect quality services from international brands to be available in India, then stop this chindichori. Prices fluctuate on every online platform and you cannot just ask for the price difference. Sure you can return the item and then place a new order, but it won't be ethical. And if everyone starts doing this, then companies providing services will have a tough time surviving in India and when they eventually left, it'll be guys like you who'll say, "It was a nice company, don't know why they left".
remember prices on ecom fluctuate & for future sign up for price drop alerts to buy @ lowest price.
from your POV it is absolutely correct to question about price difference but amazon strictly does not have a price match policy ; neither before nor after purchase.
for this instance , take deep breath & just order new @ 650 & return the existing order as companies themselves cancel orders for good deals

If you have used some premium Credit Cards like Visa Infinite for this purchase then you can claim using the Price Protection feature on your card. Ofcourse it is not recommended for meagre 50₹ difference .. but you have time then give it a try and check if the system works as advertized..
