Though PottyM Pro Max is pretty useless IMO, you could try the following.
• NEFT/RTGS/IMPS money transfers
• Bill payments
• Net banking & debit card transactions
• UPI & Paytm Payments Bank Wallet payments• Transactions using Paytm Payments Bank Wallet

In The Beginning When They Introduce Pro Max , I Am Pro Max User... To Retain Pro Max Membership, I Have To Spend Total 1 Lakh And 100 Transactions To Be Done. (All Upi Categories Excluded Like Scan And Pay , Send Money , Self Transfer Excluded).
Now These Terms Disappeared.

not necessarily to pay bills, even i thought that.
Then opened a new account for someone, and he boom Pro Max was showing in his account.
But i am using since ages, still didnt got.
