How to get hdfc core card after having co branded card

I have 3 hdfc co branded cards
Neu infinity
Swiggy
Paytm select
But now able to get core hdfc card, and application is declining everytime, also not able to get upi hdfc card as well because Tata neu is on rupay variant.
Is there any way to get a core card

Have you tried mailing your concern to hdfc to see if you can upgrade your existing card to any core cards?
