How to get BSNL SIM in Mumbai

Hi All,

I have an alternate number which I rarely use. I would like to port that to BSNL. Any suggestions where/how to get BSNL SIM in Mumbai?

mtnl is in process of appointing distributors to sell bsnl products. I guess you need tio wait a little.

Mumbai is not a kasba/hamlet.

Could you be slightly more specific,
or at-least narrow down on the locations, which are easier (for you) to reach?

If you are in or closer to some of the other municipalities, say: Thane, New Bombay, Kalyan, Dombivali, Mira Road municipalities, then can check there.

Else I have shared a link above.
I think the (BSNL) office in western suburbs.. DOES have many officials.
So, they may even have new GSM connections too.

MTNL, Jio anyway use a lot of BSNL's infrastructure , thus they do have offices in Bombay proper.

Else, ordering it from third party sites, which even deliver to doorstep, is an option.
However, BSNL offices give the SIM for free or at most 20₹ (or it was like so in the past).
Sites would take both, the FRC costs and their own service charges.

Good that you discovered that Mumbai is not a Kasba. By the way I spent 40 plus years here... So learn to talk respectfully. Never too late to learn. That apart, my question was more to do with the process not location (there is How, not Where in the question). I enquired locally but the local sellers don't seem to have those. Therefore wanted to know from the group ( in case there is someone from Mumbai who obtained it). Historically BSNL didn't operate in Mumbai. There is MTNL out here. So do we get the SIM from the offices? I tried 10Digi based on a YouTube channel but it doesn't serve my pin code and probably all Mumbai pin codes. So wanted to know if there is another way.
