I have tried to call customer service and they never pick the phone at all. Always waiting and waiting and calls will be disconnected.

App should have that option to enable if that feature was displayed at fastag advertisement.
Check app.
I have idfc Fastag, it's app has that option to enable/ disable fuel payments.
