Hi I am working in construction industry so I have to wear safety shoes for long hours due to which my heel pains very bad because I have to move every time.
Pls suggest me if any one face same problem like me.

Invest in insoles with good arch support. I used to suffer from painful plantar fasciitis in the past. Insoles, stretching and rest are the only cures for foot pain... unless you want to go for steroidal injections that are for extreme cases

There are two things external and one thing internal
1. Insoles as suggested by many
2. Try to wear knee caps if above 30 age
3. Long standing cause vain issues so suggest to eat overnight soaked dry khajur. This helps in addressing knee issues,heel pains
