How to create contact file (vcf) on PC for mobile numbers stored in notepad.?
I have my friends mobile numbers stored in a .txt file without name and one number in one row, is there any way so I can add all them to my phone in one go by creating any vcf vcard file with less efforts (100-200 Numbers).

You can use the in-built Windows Contacts program (click on the start menu and type Contacts in the search bar). In that program you can import a CSV file and then export as .VCF files.
Alternatively, I am sure you will find some free programs if you do a simple Google search.

My Contacts are saved as .txt file not CSV.

Arey, CSV stands for comma-separated values stored in plain text. The file extension doesn’t matter. It could be .txt, .doc, .csv, or .whatever. All that matters is that the contacts data should be formatted in the CSV format. If the data fields are not separated via a comma, they must be separated using some identifier. You can simply do a replace-all for that identifier using any advanced text-editor like Notepad++.

At this point, I would want you to upload some dummy data to a site like http://pastebin.com in order for me to guide you further. Make sure you format the data exactly as it appears in your text file and do include 3-4 rows.

Tried the way @vijkap201 suggested above, successful. but now all contacts are not in Indian format so unable to use them for what I saved them.
All contacts saved in this format- 900-123-0000 and I want them as +91 900 30000

Ok. Seems like you simply need to prefix all the entries in the numbers column with +91 before exporting the CSV out from Excel.
Are you comfortable with the formula feature in Excel? You can use the CONCATENATE formula to accomplish this for the first row and then use the fill down feature to apply the formula to the rest of rows.

Sure, I can take care of it later in the night. But I highly recommend you do this yourself as learning about Excel formula is an excellent skill to have. Trust me, you will face similar problems again and knowing how to do quick bulk data manipulation would make your life a lot easier and happier.

Excel has a data import button
U have option to import data from text or file
Next it will ask the seperator (divider) to choose.
You can create separator like comma or tab ,
The same can be configured to fix the data in excel format, which you can rename as .CSV instead of .xls
Now, either u can experiment the process in dummy data or send to any1 (including me) .

If you try that, you won’t have to email me. They have correctly mentioned how you can use CONCATENATE for your requirement of adding +91 to each number.

Sorry for late response… To concatenate “+91” in the beginning… first open the .txt file in ms word… Search & replace ^P (New line char) with ^P+91 and then remove extra ^P91 that are not required…. Save the file… After this repeat the steps again as I mentioned above… Hope this helps…
BTW.. In case u need to replace tab Search & replace ^T (tab char) with ^T+91
