How to convert HDFC Swiggy LTF

recently got the card as paid even being a salary holder of HDFC and it's my first card
have got it pre approved and directly applied via net banking
not yet activated, is there any way i can get it converted to LTF?

that's the sad part, i was waiting for millennia they didn't gave since last 2 years
but now they were showing showing this and also got news that they will credit cashback directly in statement, so in hurry i have applied (but now regretting might be they have given this as LTF later)

If your spends are high then simply mail them but right now they are not accepting the LTF requests use the card and request then I did this last year June they converted all my cards
