Did that also .I just got one acknowledgement email ,that’s it .No response after that .Today also I sent one more email and contacted HDFC care on Twitter handle as the payzapp support is given by them for Twitter handle .But they haven’t replied yet
@plato cc is saying to file chargeback ,as it happened alot in past month for payzapp wallet ,many users complained the same thing .Will do that if I don’t get any response from payzapp .Thanks again for replying
The problem would have been at the gateway. Axis authorised the payment but it did not go through to payzapp. wait for 4 working days. under normal process payment should get reversed. if not, then take up with both sides.
Thanks .Yes ,I actually waiting for the same .But there’s no response from payzapp end ,that is making it worse . Normally as u said ,if the fund is unclaimed at payzapp end ,will get money back in the normal working days as u said . Will wait for it .

If you txn history not showing latest txns, then just add small amount in your Payzapp wallet, it will get updated with your txns history.
But again your small amount will stuck

Same thing happen to me more than once , and my money get credited in my account in 7 days, so don’t worry.

Even my transaction for 5k failed day yesterday. Not worried right now but would be if they don’t credit back in 7 days
seems Payzapp is unstable now.
It’s not PayZapp’s fault actually. People are trying to do those things in 6 days which they used to do in a month.
Today i transferred 5k from payzap for first time and txn failed and amount is also debited from payzapp wallet
I had 5000 in my wallet.. not it is showing zero balance and the recent transactions are not visible.
PAyzapp is acting funny since 2-3 days. Sometimes withdrawl shows error but the money actually got credited into bank account. Adding money also is very unstable, but failed transaction got credited back to CC account in 4 days. I believe new limits are being set wrt to how many times a single bank account can be used to transactions etc etc. App works best till 7:30 AM in the morning and later starts to misbehave
payzapp cc not replying to mails….calls are not getting thru…..not recd 200 transferred to bank on 3/11 till date…..transaction detail is blank in history…….FO payzapp for wasting my precious time…..

Mine 900 rs stuck with them while adding balance deducted from my BOI card but not credited to payzapp wallet almost 25 days over ….dropped so many mail but didn’t get response usually they credited after 5-7 days but this time nothing work… please suggest if any one have idea …can we raised charge back to boi but already time over I guess
Charge back file period differs per bank .Call ur bank ASAP .
It’s 30 days from the date of transaction for most government sector banks ,like Sbi,bank of maharashtra.
Call bank cc and ask for form or google the form and send it to charge back email id of BOI
These are rippers .Don’t use these numbers .

I faced the same issue i added 5000 in payzapp app from my hdfc bank and i got the otp , i entered the same , but the same is not reflecting in the trasaction history , i happened twice. And it got deducted from my bank also.
What next to be done
