I had once contacted them for claiming warranty for a tawa sold under solimo brand but they denied to entertain.

“As you need to claim the warranty, we recommend that you consult the manufacturer.
I also like to inform that its manufactured by NIRLEP & marketed by CloudTail (amazon under SOLIMO brand).”

After using only ajanta clock for many years, 2 years back gave solimo clock a try for a change.

But it was a bad decision. same like your issue, my solimo clock did not work correctly, the clock runs slow at different times of the day.

But did not return the clock because i liked the design of the frame. Salvaged a movement from an old ajanta clock and replaced the faulty solimo clock movement.
