• TITAN watch has some markings at the back case which are different as per the material and variety of watches
  For example a SS would be marked on the back cover if a TITAN watch has a stainless steel back case and so on
• Verify serial numbers: Titan watches usually have unique serial numbers, and the authenticity of the watch can be verified through the brand's official website or service center. Make sure the serial number is valid and matches with brand records.
  
• Packaging and Documentation: Original Titan watches usually come with a complete box(high-quality packaging), warranty card, user manual and other accessories with the Titan logo clearly visible.
  Check that these attachments are complete and accurate, and note whether there are any signs of modification.
• Check for Authenticity certificate or a warranty card or a COSC certificate 

Lastly Titan watches are typically made with high-quality materials. Check for any signs of cheap or lightweight materials used
Original watches usually have a high-quality feel and texture. Observe the craftsmanship details of the watch, pay attention to whether there are flaws in the dial, bracelet, buckle and other parts, and whether they move smoothly

Apart from what has been mentioned, before buying do check product pictures posted by buyers.

Also, at times some of the watch models are not listed on official brand website, e.g. Timex watches which are being sold for 50-70% discount, those are outright 'fake/duplicate/copies'. 

The one you have purchased seems to be original.

Take it to a local Titan showroom or a reputed shop locally. They will help.
