How to change circle of vi Sim?

Hello guys,
I am currently using vi Sim maharashtra circle.
I want to change it to Assam.
But I don't live in Assam.
I am doing same due to plan difference.
99 plan available for 28 days in Assam and some other circles.
So guide me, how to change.
Customer care saying not possible.

I dont know about circles in VI but if it is anything like BSNL it is not possible to change circles.
You need address proof in that particular circle. Even to change the type of SIM/ replace SIM you will have to go to an office in that circle. Just not worth all that hassle IMO.
Vi giving 99 plan for 28 days in some circles like Assam, Jammu and Kashmir etc.
Whereas in other circles, it's having just 15 days validity.
So I want to change circle without going in that state.
Not possible. You want to switch circles just to obtain additional validity. Bro, it seems like a joke to you?
Why they are giving extra validity to those circles then?
For telecom companies, all customers should be same.

U can port to other network and then come again to primary one! Time consuming!

1. Rent a house/flat in Assam
2. Get you Aadhar details changed to your new address
3. Port from VI Maharashtra to VI Assam using the new documents
4. Come back to Maharashtra.
But, is this worth it to save a little? Time, Money, Energy? What if they change the plan after 1/2 months?
Very time and money consuming.
But I am sure they will not change plan in 2 or 3 months as they could have changed on 4 July itself.
Also same plan they offering for 28 days from past 2 years while we are getting just 15 days.
It seems those customers are more important and special for vi.

You have to visit to Assam and then port with local address proof.
