how to cancel Amul Shop order?

Hi dimers,
I ordered a product from amul online website, it should have been delivered yesterday, but I think due to festival season, its delivery got delayed. The new delivery date is showing 3 days from today, and I won't be available that day to receive order. I did payment using my credit card. How can i cancel this order now? There is no option on amul site regarding cancellation.

@sushrutji29544 I was surfing their site and found this mentioned in their cancellation policy - An order once placed and confirmed by the user is not entitled to be cancelled.
So cancellation is not possible it seems.

Reject delivery, they will initiate full refund

Call them and request for cancellation they will do it.... have done it in past

Majority of e-commerce does not allow order cancellation after the order gets dispatched. If the order is not dispatched then contact their helpline and review their cancellation policy if they allow cancellations?
