I want to just cancel a single product in my grocery order. Tried myself and even reached to CS they said it's not possible.
CS suggested to deny that during delivery. Can I really do that? I don't trust Scamkart CS.
A flat 100 rs discount is applied to my order because order value is above 2k. But as soon as I will cancel that single product, Gross order value will drop below 2k. So, will I still get the adjusted benefit of 100rs voucher or not?
In case of normal shopping they adjust it on pro rata basis, do they do same with grocery orders as well?

Delivery boy has option to refund and return selected items.
The problem is that people is inclined to type scamkart rather than finding the solution and OP is no different.
Anyway, to your query, if you can't cancel an item beforehand, you need to cancel it during delivery. Then you call CS and describe your situation. You will get the refund if its a valid reason. For me (I use flipkart grocery 1/2 times a month), there are few incidents where there is a wrong item or item missing. I report it to the delivery person. The delivery person make all the products delivered and then I call flipkart CS and they mark the specific item as return. The supercoin refund is instantaneous and the money refund will be with 2/3 working days. No voucher deduction, nothing. They don't even ask for any kind of proof ever. Once I ordered from BigBasket but was unable to return the unwanted item as it would go under mov. In this scenario Flipkart Grocery is way better than BB. Hope this will clear your doubt.
May I know why the delivery agent marks all the items as 'delivered' even after you have returned wrong items or reported missing items?
Bro you can return the item at delivery & get refund instantly.
