Contact your full service broker and ask whether they deal in unlisted shares and whether they have shares of the company you want...
If you don't have can contact DM me I know a broker who deals with unlisted shares.
But Do remember DEALING IN UNLISTED SHARES is RISKY. (i.e. PRICE fluctuations and lock-in requirements)
Also you cannot invest small amount. Be ready to invest in lacs.
i am not able to find reputed broker who deal in sale purchase of bonds (ofline trades)
& unlisted shares overpriced par hi milte h ipo se pehle so no benefits to buy before ipo
True. No profit if you buy before IPO.
BUT if you buy it early and hold it for few years before IPO then there is potential for huge gain (that why people deal with those shares otherwise no one would)
To be clear it is for HNI players only.
Precize and incred money are some where u can buy unlisted ones.
But if you are buying it for listing gain, then remember u can't sell it before 6 months of listing, plus there is always a risk that it might never go for ipo
i can provide you with the list of unlisted shares with their indicative list that my broker shared just yesterday.
there are portals like incredmoney., precize.
let me know if you need referral 😊
Min amount is 5 lakh keep in mind
ONLY GET INTO UNLISTED SHARES IF YOU ARE ANGEL INVESTOR
1) unlisted shares have different taxation
2) and unlisted shares are mostly sold in LOTS ONLY so minimum investment is HIGH (you can't buy single share)
3) and it can only be obtained using ESOP's most of the time, and employess resell it outside using thirdparty
4) and there is NO REGULATION FOR IT (meaning Sebi or RBI wont come inside)
5) and the transfer takes place in Demat directly only after paying the "agent / middleman / some dumb platform"
6) the transaction WONT BE INSTANT (you pay, you wait and pray that shares will get sent to your demat which you would have gave during payment to the thirdparty)
7) and price of the unlisted shares are mostly skyrocketing
8) with all these in mind, ITS ONLY GOOD FOR ANGEL INVESTOR not for retail buyers
hope that clears some info and doubts you all had in this post
Most bank DEMAT offer unlisted shares e.g Axis direct has a team for it
Are you an expert who dedicates a lot of time to trading and tracking prices?
If not stick to the basics. There's thousands of Large, Mid and Small cap stocks, and ETFs at your disposal. Why pursue unlisted that comes with difficulties and risks?
There's is a community called randomdimes where they post alternate investment ideas and their portfolio growth. I joined late hence I could only get Swiggy and nse unlisted, some people are in good profit with waree. The knowledge they share is gold
There is no standard price for unlisted shares.
There are many portals who acts like a broker and do the buy buy/sell of the unlisted securities.
Lot size, price everything differs platform to platform.
Most of the reputed platforms are trusted, never had any issue.

You are talking about GMP for IPOs & it only works if you have "connections" & know "right persons" in stock market. It is kind of like like knowing ppl/places who can get you India Vs Pak IPL match (if it happens) in advance without worrying about all tickets being sold out in first few seconds of booking opening date.
Mostly through Employee who have got it as ESOPs...
Otherwise stock brokers who deal with unlisted shares...
