How to buy JAQUAR and KOHLER products for newly constructed homes

Hello guys I did some in depth research on Jaquar and kohler products and I have also bought their products from offline market.

I'll share my experience here which might help you and other people who may come here later.

First of all Jaguar is a very good brand compared to others in market in terms of price and quality.

This is the type of brand which is more concerned about the customer than the dealer and actually dealers make less profits on these products. So that's why they don't let you buy these jaquar products and divert you to buy other products like Parryware or something like that by easily giving a huge discount like 40% or above at Bangalore market.

DONT FALL FOR THEM

JAQUAR AND KOHLER PRODUCTS ARE OF OUTSTANDING QUALITY AND I WILL TELL YOU SOME LOOP HOLES TO BUY THEIR PREMIUM SEGMENT PRODUCTS AT CHEAP PRICE.

PRODUCT SELECTION :

First download catalogue from the Jaquar website.

Then just go through all of the catalogue once and mark all the products which you like. 

For example a bathroom tap will be available in various models at different prices I suggest you to go to the premium ones because they are worth it.

HOW JAQUAR SELL THIER PRODUCTS:

There are two types of sellers who sell these products one are the authorised ones and the other are the unauthorised ones and you don't find much of these products being sold online by big sellers.

Jaguar control the prices completely at all authorised dealers by giving a single catalogue to them which is followed by all authorised dealers all over India and they call it NRP (Net retail price).

But unauthorised dealers sell the same products at good discounts which may be up to 25 to 30% on MRP which is according to my knowledge, research and purchase.

NEVER Purchase from NATIONAL SANITAIONS, Bangalore (WORST behaviour and rude people).

MRP Vs NRP

MRP is what we all know and is printed on the box of the item.

NRP is same all over India and is available only in the authorised dealers catalogue which may be around 5% discount on MRP. 

So buying at authorised dealers for NRP is not suggested for bulk orders (like for new homes).

But don't underestimate NRP, bcoz this is the actual loophole.

LOOPHOLE: 

There are a few premium range products in the Jaguar NRP catalogue at authorised dealers which are at heavy discounts like 60 to 70% on MRP.

Mostly they won't tell you this but you have to ask for the same or you can ask them directly the catalogue so that you can sit and directly see the products at higher discounts and you can go for them. And sometimes you can witness these highly discounted products online but the fact is you can also get the same products at same discounted price from any authorised distributor from anywhere in india.

KOHLER, Where to buy and use their products:

I don't know much about Kohler's business strategy but I have some of their products installed at my home in specific locations.

The best place to buy Kohler is Amazon where it is sold by big sellers like clicktech retail or the KOHLER India.

You can get these products at low prices during sales and also during Kohler days on Amazon.

For kitchen sink tap, blindly go for Kohler because they can with stand the heavy usage.

For shower and bathroom health faucets Kohler is best.

In simple terms, use Kohler in heavy usage locations and for other bathroom fixtures Jaquar is enough and cool. Actually this was my personal idea to combine these both brands and then I later witnessed the same Jaquar -Kohler combination in Gated communities.

Parryware and other small brands felt bullshit to me in terms of quality and after sales service.

Jaquar has a good and friendly customer support and they provide services even at small towns, where other brands fail easily.

I won't talk about other premium foreign brands bcoz their services are not available in small towns.

Jaquar does justice in both cuties and small towns.

CONCLUSION:

Buy wisely, I mean first buy all the required heavily discounted items (premium stuff) at NRP from authorised dealers and then buy all the remaining required items at any unauthorised dealer at 20 to 30% discount on MRP.

Kohler products, buy from Amazon.

Last and most important:

GET A VERY GOOD GODDAMN PLUMBER , NORMAL GUYS WILL MESS UP WITH THESE PRODUCTS.

My story: They broke a lot of spares related to my Wall mounted commodes and did faulty installation. They actually don't know how to install wall mounted commodes but the just went greedy for heavy installation money and destroyed my products completely while I was away for my university exams.

So please get a experienced guy of the town who knows these products very well(Authorised dealers will help you in this).
