How to book fully refundable air ticket for visa..?

I'm planning to go to Malaysia, but I'm not sure how long I'll stay there. Sometimes immigration asks for a return flight, and I don't want to use a dummy ticket and risk getting caught like many others. If any of you know about fully refundable air ticket options, please share.

You need to show return flight ticket at the time of arrival to clear immigration.

@deadman Check economy flex fares with Malaysia airlines. But you may have to bear nominal charges. Check for cheaper routes such as KL-Chennai.

Premium IDFC credit cards offer cancel for any reason policy in which you can claim amount upto 10k not refunded by airline. Do check tnc once if you have IDFC wealth/select/club vistara cc.

but dummy ticket will not work in thailand, malaysia (i'm wrong? ) any one tried dummy ticket in these countries? some youtuber says not to use as they deport and stamp on passport.
