How to block phone number starting with certain series on iphone

Hi Friends,
I continuously get calls from a series +91-731-xxxxxxx and I am now highly frustrated. I use an iphone, is there anyway to block the numbers starting with +91-731 ? The rest of the numbers (i.e. xxxxxxx) keep changing and so there is no use in blocking the specific numbers.. I have also complained to TRAI as I have full DND but it has not helped single bit.
Will greatly appreciate if you can guide me if you are aware of a way to block the series.

I too had an instant regret when I switched to iPhone 2 years ago. Being able to block an entire series is really a blessing in Android, but not at all possible in iPhone.
I am able to do this on Truecaller on Android. Don't know about IOS.
Maybe you can scour the dedicated forums of ios users to check if at all third party products like WideProtect can serve the specific purpose or are generally worth paying that price for.
6-7 years back, did read up on some bulletin board of ios users... that it worked for that purpose too.
