How to Avoid Device lock for android phone

Many android apps especially financial apps require to set device lock for mobile phones to function.
Till now I managed to avoid such apps, I dont need any lock for my phone.
But now Intune Company Portal apps like Outlook email from my firm makes it unavoidable.
Is there any way to make such apps works without setting device lock for my mobile phone.

I will be keeping tabs on this thread.
Thankfully i do not use mobile phones for such applications, but often.. google forces me to set pass-keys or to be able to access a google account.. requires a pin, pattern or biometric lock.
Annoying as it may be.. I set it to pin/pattern for a minute or so and then remove it.

No idea. Ever since my father's mobile got stolen last year I have focussed a lot more on securing smartphones. So encryption is a must in contrast to earlier when I used to run custom ROMs decrypted. I had even disabled the fingerprint sensor and relied solely on PIN but it was a little too inconvenient so reverted back. Still separate M-PIN for financial apps wherever possible.
