How to approach Ekart Logistics?

I have an order which is coming via Ekart logistics and is delayed by 4 days. The parcel is lying in the nearest warehouse from my location. However, i am unable to escalate my issue anywhere, as there is no official twitter handle/cc number etc.
How do i approach them? I do not know the warehouse location as well. Tried approaching Flipkart on twitter, they said to approach seller. seller is also not reachable in this case.

No way to directly contact them…. You cam complaint on twitter to flipkart
Bro, this is not a flipkart order.. some other seller has shipped it using Ekart.
And I am making a wild guess… It might be pepperfry order…. In 9 out of their 10 orders this thing happens…. Since most of pepperfry items are bulk size… The delivery people dont bother to deliver… They are more concerned about flipkart deliveries
pro tip : turn on your location,open gmaps search ekart logistics and go to nearest ekart office if it is a tier 3 city there will be one only and that will be having ur product.
else still visit nearest their algo send products to nearest for last mile delivery they will give u ur product and help u.

Nothing as such shows under google maps/search when i search “Ekart office near me” / “ekart” . 
A delivery guy came today of ekart. Let’s see will contact him and get some help
Ask Ekart delivery guy about the warehouse and go there and get the parcel
it might be coming from xpressbees…as these are the delivery company which provides lowest delivery fee to seller…
