how to add line breaks here?

Our posts/replies end up as a continuous text even though we have put line breaks/hit enter to start a new paragraph after a blank line.

It appears sometimes, but gets jumbled up into a single paragraph most of the time.

How to get proper formatting for our replies?

If I understood what you are trying to say here, the answer is quite simple: Put a dot (.) after the line break so that the system is forced to not stack the next line in a continuous formatting

For example:

Hi Santosh,
Hope you are doing well

Hope this answered perhaps what you were asking:))

That😃.. is the first thing that comes to mind.

However, presently the rich-text editor.. here in the forums section of the desidime site at-least
does not display the output as having taken two line breaks.

Long back, when I used whatsapp messenger, had looked up on
how to send a blank message or rather a 'white space' character.

Since then, using https://unicode-explorer.com/c/3164 that in a new line.. after pressing the line break key, is one option.

Sometimes the issue in this is that the orientation of the immediately preceding or succeeding text, emoji would change to RTB (right to left).

still, in e-mails or other places, the (probably Persian or Arabic script character) white space https://unicode-explorer.com/c/3164 character does the job.. when added in the new line after pressing
and after that special character.. AGAIN pressing the line-break key

while on desidime, if using a browser which allows 'javascript' to be toggled off, then usual HTML syntax, HTML codes work just fine.

For example, <br> is for line break.
And, <hr> is for adding horizontal lines.

one has to ensure that 'javascript' is toggled off when typing the text in the text editor and 'javascript' is toggled off when clicking/tapping the button to save the comment.

Once the comment or post is created, one can always toggle 'javascript' ON and refresh the page.🙂
