How Strict Is Flipkart with Phone Exchange?

BBD is coming up, and if I get any good exchange offers, I’ll swap out my Samshit phone. Do you know how strict Flipkart is with phone exchanges these days? My phone, like most Samshit models, has a few issues—specifically, part of the touchscreen acts up. If the exchange guy uses an app like Cashify does to test the full screen, it will fail. But if they don’t run any screen testing apps and just use it normally, they might not notice, so I could take the risk. The phone looks fine externally, and the touch issue is only in the middle portion.
Here’s a snap: Notice the white empty boxes, that's where it acts up, though after a few tries it works. It’s hard to detect in just 5-10 minutes of use without an app.

Yeah even I am scared in this regard .
Leave it, We (my bus. partners) will decrease the price almost half than the evaluated value. We do this in NCR, rest all depend on the evaluating team at your location.
Everything depends of delivery person and hub manager.
If delivered person will accept it then no problem.
Otherwise if they will reject then nothing can be done.
As Flipkart is only listen to delivery guys.
Dangle 1 or 2 green Gandhis in front of the delivery boy. Even a dead phone will get exchanged
No! My experience was not like that. The same test will be done at hub and it the test results differ the wishmaster will get into trouble. So he usually tests completely and provide the result as per the app
Give in Flipkart sellback
it's mandatory to run flipkart reset pulse app for exchange
