Applied for 8 Lots – for Tega India… let See 
How will you manage profits if it’s outside of family? I applied one lot of tega from a friend’s account. Although allotment is sweet dream, why don’t I figure out profit stuff 
Simple rule of applying through multiple demat accounts, Fix profit sharing percentage.
Never sell IPO on listing day if your annual income is more than 10 lacs as selling on listing day is considered as intraday/speculative gain so tax charges would be 30%
Whereas if you sell next day it’s treated as short term capital hence 15% tax
What if Annual income is less than 2 lacs, and how much charges one has to pay in selling on listing day?

For every one dmart/irctc rising giants, there will be many fallen angels. While the kick in getting instant MTM gains on the listing is high, it would be wiser to buy stocks when there is pessimism, and ipo seldom comes during pessimism, they are a by-product of euphoria where promoters offload at peak pricing.
