How MakeMyTrip making customers fool

FRAUD ALERT!!!

Whoever is planning to take any service or holiday package from MakeMyTrip, your money may not be in safe hands. This is just an alert on how they are making their customers fool. They digested my Rs 94000 which I paid for the Andaman holiday package. After the flight got cancelled they didn't provide me an alternative flight rather they wanted I should book the flights while it was the part of my package. Though, they mentioned in their terms and conditions they will do alternative arrangements if any issues happen in the trip. Now they are denying for refund and just giving an excuse of the airline. Even not giving refund of the land part like hotels, cab and activities
